Easter is such a fun Holiday, I hope you all had a wonderful and safe day with your family and friends. Here are the results of the Easter contest winners! Someone told me that I need a character to represent my work and honestly I'm struggling on the creativity. Art is so broad and it's tough to be so restricted. I also do not do well when it comes to thinking about myself and when I art my mind is generally blank or filled with the music that consumes my ears. lol. I do not know if I want to make a chibi person, an animal, maybe a fantasy creature. So I figured why not let someone else help me come up with something, and in return, I'll draw a picture for them :3

Happy New Year Deviant Watchers! I know 2020 was a mess for many but we did not let our passion catch the sickness. I hope 2021 will be much better. Today I announce the contest winners. I'm sure that everyone will have just as much mixed feelings as me and the judges did, because honestly everyone deserved 1st place; but there can only be one. Fortunately there was only three contestants so I'm happy to announce they all get a prize.

I apologize, this was supposed to be up yesterday but I'm still awaiting the poster that goes with (being created by my boyfriend... he kinda procrastinates (;-;) It's nearing the end of the year and as a core member I wanted to offer you all a fun activity and a jumpstart to your 2021 art activities.

Here are the Rules:

• Submit a 2021 New Year Themed Art in the comments of this journal. It can even be based off the Chinese New Year (the OX)

• You must be a Watcher of Sapheron-Art To participate.

• The Submission Deadline is December 25th for Judging (winner will be announced January 1st.)

• Only one entry per person.

Winner Rewards:

• 1st Place: Emerald Badge, 1000 DA Points

• 2nd & 3rd Place: Gold Badge, 500 DA Points

• 13 Deviants will be featured on the next Journal (1st-3rd place at the top)

• All Submissions will be faved

Deviations will be judged on effort and creativity by 3 judges: Myself, Selfaffliction and JunoTenbatsu. I hope that you will participate, it's a great chance to get your name out there~!
